The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and a strategic partner to the owner, providing financial leadership across the organization. This individual will have responsibility for financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, cash flow, working capital, financial reporting, risk management, capital allocation, and financial systems

The role requires a hands-on, operationally focused finance leader who can operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels. The Vice President of Procurement will provide strategic and operational leadership across the company’s procurement and sourcing functions. This executive will be responsible for ensuring reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials, ingredients, components, and packaging required to support the manufacturing operations and customer demand.

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing raw material purchases, from new product development through the entire order life cycle including cost, delivery, inventory, and payment. Fostering strong supplier relationships to improve delivery of quality material and increase profitability.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for the execution of sourcing and procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging components, and contract services. This role works closely with supply chain, quality, and operations, ensuring material availability, cost competitiveness, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards (including cGMP).

The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially minded procurement professional with strong experience in supplier management, sourcing, negotiations, inventory planning, and cost optimization. The individual will play a key role in maintaining supply continuity, mitigating risk, improving supplier performance, and supporting operational efficiency and margin improvement.

The Director of Research & Development will lead R&D, formulation development, innovation, and commercialization initiatives across a diverse portfolio of dietary supplements and functional wellness products, with a strong emphasis on liquid, and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) formulation development.

This individual will serve as a scientific and technical leader supporting customer innovation, ingredient strategy, formulation development and commercialization initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Commercial teams, The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in liquid formulation development, ingredient functionality, and manufacturing scale-up within a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment.

The Director of Quality is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) functions. This individual will ensure the organization consistently meets FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, customer specifications, and industry certifications while fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
