TikTok Shop Marketplace Manager - US Based


Position Overview:

In this role, we are looking for a results-driven TikTok Shop Growth manager to own and expand our client’s social commerce initiatives on their platform. This role will manage daily storefront operations, improve marketplace performance, and support creator and affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience navigating TikTok Shop tools, understanding platform dynamics, and uses insights and analytics to guide strategy. This role works closely with both internal teams and external collaborators to accelerate revenue, streamline processes, and build a scalable TikTok Shop presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • TikTok Shop Accounts – manage day-to-day TikTok shop accounts for multiple brands.

  • Marketplace Operations – ensure operational health, compliance, and performance optimization.

  • Product Listings – manage product listing, pricing, promotions, and content alignment to maximize visibility and conversions.

  • TikTok Policies – maintain a strong understanding of TikTok Shop policies, tolls and evolving marketplace features.

  • Inventory & Fulfillment- manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment to support demand.

  • Supply Chain – partner with supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory and fulfillment execution.

  • Affiliate Network & Creator Partnerships – Build and manage relationships with third-party affiliate networks and creators. Identify, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliates to drive revenue. Analyze affiliate performance and optimize commission structures and incentives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with our marketing, product, and advertising teams to align initiatives with overall brand goals. Serve as the point of contact for external partners agencies and affiliate networks. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Performance Marketing – Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align ad strategy with platform, trends and algorithmic behaviors. Support and manage TikTok shop advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Data analysis & Marketplace Optimization – Track KPIs include GMV, ROI, Conversion rates, inventory velocity, and affiliate performance. Use data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and proactively adjust strategy. React quickly to marketplace shifts, algorithm changes, and competitive dynamics.


Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, marketplace management, or social commerce (TikTok Shop experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop account operations and management.

  • Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and fulfillment coordination.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies

  • Experience working with affiliate networks and third-party partners.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • CPG experience is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with numerous cross-functional teams.
