TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist

Position Overview:

In this role, we are looking for an Affiliate Strategist to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program, with a focus on building high-impact partnerships with content creators and influencers. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok’s affiliate ecosystem, current influencer marketing trends, and a data-driven, strategic mindset to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment & Outreach – Identify, engage, and onboard TikTok Shop affiliates who align with our brands and audience.

• Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, resources, and incentives to maximize performance.

• Campaign Coordination – Collaborate with affiliates to develop engaging content strategies that drive traffic and conversions.

• Performance Analysis – Monitor affiliate sales, engagement metrics, and ROI to optimize strategies and improve results.

• Incentive & Commission Structures – Develop attractive commission models, bonuses, and exclusive offers to motivate affiliates.

• Trend Monitoring – Stay up to date with TikTok trends, viral content, and competitor strategies to ensure our affiliate efforts remain competitive.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with our marketing, product, and advertising teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall brand goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerce (TikTok Shop experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of TikTok’s affiliate ecosystem and social commerce landscape.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining influencer or affiliate partnerships.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies

• Passion for Health and Wellness products.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
