Sales Account Manager
Job Overview
The ideal candidate for this position is an ambitious self-starter with a passion for the beauty and haircare industry with a clear demonstration of past success working with major distributors. The chosen individual will be an efficient, multi-tasker with the ability to translate business objectives into projects with minimal direction.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain business relationships with major distributors.

Implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and margin goals with distributors.

Communicate with distributors on promotional briefs, new product launches, prices, orders, credits, and sales support.

Implement action plans that focus on best sellers and identify deficient areas.

Prepare presentations to support continuous relationships, products, and new business development.

Conduct cold and warm calls.
-
Conduct sales meetings via Zoom and in-person.

Travel to quarterly company meetings and tradeshows.

Other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in wet haircare.
-
Experience managing large distributors.
-
Professional haircare experience preferred.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of success being efficient and effective.
