Social Content Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
In this role, we are seeking a creative and driven Associate who is passionate about TikTok, both as a social media platform and a marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in e-commerce, content creation, and the ability to leverage TikTok trends to drive product visibility and engagement. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating dynamic content, managing our TikTok shop presence, and ensuring that our products fit seamlessly into the latest trends on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and trend-relevant TikTok content to showcase our products.
Manage and optimize our TikTok shop, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, visually appealing, and aligned with current trends.
Monitor and analyze TikTok trends, identifying opportunities for our brand to tap into viral content and hashtags.
Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to develop strategies that integrate TikTok into broader marketing initiatives.
Actively engage with the TikTok community, responding to comments and engaging with followers when necessary.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise within the TikTok app or marketplace, offering solutions and investigating independently before seeking assistance.
Track performance metrics for TikTok content, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Stay informed about new TikTok features, algorithm changes, and marketplace updates that could affect content strategy.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with TikTok as both a social media platform and a shopping marketplace.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content creation.
Experience in content creation for TikTok, with a portfolio or examples of past work.
Passion for e-commerce, with a keen interest in learning how social media and online shopping intersect.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality, able to seek out answers and troubleshoot issues independently.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes, learn new tools and techniques, and pivot strategies when necessary.
Creativity and innovation in thinking about how to position products within the TikTok ecosystem.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with TikTok’s shopping tools and features.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and processes.
Previous experience working in a digital marketing, social media, or content creation role.
