Position Title: Senior Director, Amazon Sales
Position Overview:
In this U.S.- based role, the Senior Director Amazon Sales will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, optimizing performance, and overseeing end-to-end execution of my client’s health and wellness portfolio. This position calls for deep expertise in managing Amazon accounts, with hands-on experience in the Consumable product categories. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and outside agencies to implement growth strategies, oversee financial planning, and maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Business Ownership: Oversee and scale the brands presence across multiple Amazon seller storefronts, with accountability for revenue performance, margin improvement, and brand awareness.
External Partnerships: Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and third-party agencies to maintain operational standards, regulatory adherence, and consistent execution of commercial strategies.
Financial Oversight: Create, manage, and track operating budgets for Amazon-related initiatives, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with overall financial goals.
Fulfillment & Operations Leadership: Apply deep knowledge of Amazon FBA to improve inventory forecasting, fulfillment efficiency, and supply chain workflows.
Market & Brand Growth: Drive expansion initiatives on Amazon through optimized listings, product introductions, and adherence to U.S. marketplace requirements. Leverage market and competitive analysis to uncover new growth avenues.
Regulatory Alignment: Partner with internal stakeholders to confirm product and listing compliance, enabling smooth and timely product rollouts.
Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor KPIs, evaluate business performance, and translate insights into actionable plans that increase sales and profitability. Deliver regular performance updates to senior leadership.
Internal Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure unified brand execution and successful market expansion strategies.
Required Qualifications:
2 plus years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts, including direct involvement with FBA operations and global marketplaces.
Demonstrated strength in planning and execution, data-driven problem solving, and clear communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with outside partners.
Proficient interpreting performance data and market signals to guide strategic decision and optimize results.
