Sales Representative - Law Enforcement Ammo & Supplies

Job Overview

The Sales Representative – Law Enforcement Ammo & Supplies will play a pivotal role in strategically developing new business and maintaining existing business to drive sales and revenue in assigned territory. 


Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within law enforcement agencies in your assigned territory. 

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, and effectively communicate products to the customers.

  • Provide subject matter expertise informative sales presentations, in-person and virtual product demos, proposals and bids.

  • Leverage lead generation through marketing, inside and outside sales to aggressively attract potential customers. 

  • Respond to customer inquiries from the company website, social media, phone calls, and emails.

  • Manage and report sales activity

Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent law enforcement background.

  • Experience in sales

  • Ability to travel in assigned territory.

  • Strong understanding of ammunition, simunition, and firearms. 

  • Strong understanding of law enforcement, military, and public safety environments.

  • Ability to prepare and present Sales Proposals and Bids.

  • Ability to close deals.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for sales (hunter mentality)

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Self-motivate and result driven

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Knowledge of NetSuite

  • Ability to travel in assigned territory.
