Property Manager
Greensboro, NC
Position Overview:
This role will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the property including budget control and maintenance.
Major Responsibilities:
· Manage all on-site leasing responsibilities.
· Manage all on -site accounting functions.
· Responsible for advertising and promotional activities.
· Complete market surveys.
· Maintain knowledge of the local market.
· Present lease and lease renewals at the highest rate.
· Manage resident’s relations.
· Review and analyze monthly statements and report any variance.
· Forward all government notices to the Corporate Accounting Department.
· Inspect the community and implement an ongoing maintenance plan.
· Assist all outside vendors with property issues.
· Manage property inventory.
· Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants.
· Uphold property company policies.
· Train, mentor, and supervise all staff.
· Other projects and duties as assigned. May be asked to assist with other properties.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of property management experience.
· Yardi experience required.
· Proficiency with MS Office required.
· Strong Excel skills required.
· Detail-oriented with exceptional communications skills.
· Being committed to the success of each Associate and member of the team.
· Proven successful leadership skills.
· Strong Marketing skills.
· Ability to meet and exceed goals.
· Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
· Ability to work both indoors and outdoors environments being exposed to adverse weather conditions.
