Ecommerce Marketplace Growth Associate


Position Overview:

In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Marketplace Growth Associate to help drive success in the ecommerce marketplaces, expanding the company’s online marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will be a quick-thinking multitasker with the ability to manage multiple brands within the company’s portfolio. This role requires strategizing, implementing, and evaluating growth initiatives, while working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. You’ll collaborate with various teams to meet goals, track performance, and optimize marketplace strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the company Marketplace Expansion team to develop and execute growth strategies.

  • Manage and oversee virtual assistants across multiple marketplace accounts.

  • Create and manage health and wellness listings on new marketplaces including Temu, Walmart, Target, and other growing ecommerce channels.

  • Lead advertising and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor product rankings, reviews, and competitive trends.

  • Leverage successful strategies from Amazon to boost new ecommerce marketplace listings.

  • Work closely with the Advertising team to ensure optimal PPC campaigns for each brand.

  • Research and test new trends and technologies to drive marketplace expansion.

  • Conduct strategy reviews, brand calls, and provide reporting via email, Teams, or Zoom.


Skills and Qualifications:

·       Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.

·       Background or knowledge in e-commerce marketplaces.

·       Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and openness to feedback.

·       A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Strong understanding of client communication and management.

·       Growth mindset with a winning attitude and a drive for continuous learning.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Proficient in planning, time management, and analytical skills.

  • 1+ year of professional office experience (recent graduates in Marketing or Business are encouraged to apply).

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations.

  • Experience selling on Amazon or similar e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
