Director of Advertising
Position Overview:
We are looking for an innovative, strategic, and data-driven Director of Advertising to lead our clients’ advertising team. This high-impact leadership role requires a proven track record of driving growth on Amazon, along with expertise in customer acquisition and retention, and effective budget management. The ideal candidate will bring experience in overseeing multi-channel advertising campaigns across various platforms and sales channels, ensuring top-tier performance, compliance with regulations, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
· Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to dietary supplement and cosmetic brands, ensuring alignment with division goals and regulatory compliance.
· Responsible for ensuring all product SKUs are eligible for advertising and working with the platform to enable advertising, if suppressed.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to ensure the company remains at the forefront of advertising excellence.
Campaign Execution
· Oversee the execution of multi-channel advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, programmatic buying, and retail-specific advertising channels.
Performance Optimization
· Utilize AI tools, analytics, and industry insights to drive campaign performance and optimize budget allocations.
· Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities, enhance revenue growth, and ensure consistent pipeline development.
Reporting
· Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
· Develop comprehensive performance reports detailing KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
· Ensure timely delivery of reporting to leadership and internal stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
· Align with e-commerce channel leads to anticipate and meet platform-specific requirements.
· Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for additional team members and division scaling.
Adherence to Company Values and Policies

· Stay updated on company policies and procedures by regularly reviewing the Company Handbook, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and practices.
Platform and Tool Integration
· Ensure that all tools and platforms utilized for supply chain management and operations are company-approved and fully integrated with existing systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
· Maintain and optimize the use of platforms such as PowerBI (dashboard tracking), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Tools (mandatory).
· Proactively ensure access to the appropriate folders, spaces, and tools, maintaining accurate organization and functionality.
· Regularly review and recommend updates to technology to maintain compatibility and streamline workflows.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Campaign Performance Metrics
· Achieve target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across all advertising channels.
· Maintain optimal Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) and Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACOS) within established benchmarks.
· Increase conversion rates and engagement metrics for digital ad campaigns.
Revenue Growth
· Drive measurable revenue growth through effective multi-channel advertising strategies.
· Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, contributing to consistent pipeline development.
Reporting & Analysis
· Maintain high client satisfaction scores through clear communication, accurate reporting, and proactive campaign optimization.
· Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients regularly.
Operational Efficiency
· Ensure timely execution and delivery of advertising campaigns, minimizing delays and errors.
· Leverage AI tools and analytics to maximize budget efficiency and performance optimization.
Team Leadership
· Develop and maintain high team morale, productivity, and collaboration.
· Mentor team members to enhance skills in data analysis, strategy development, and campaign management.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
· Proven experience in digital advertising, preferably within the health and wellness, dietary supplement, or cosmetic industries.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
· Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic buying, and retail-specific advertising platforms.
· Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
