Director, TikTok Shop
Tampa Bay - Hybrid
Position Overview:
The Director of TikTok Shop will lead and execute the launch, management and optimization of TikTok Shop accounts across multiple Health and Wellness brands. This position requires a strategic thinker possessing an entrepreneurial mentality with hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and account management. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal brand teams and external third parties, affiliate networks and agencies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility while managing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the overall strategy for TikTok Shop across multiple Health and Wellness brands, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
TikTok Shop Management: Lead the setup, launch and day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop accounts, including product listings, promotions, and customer engagement.
Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with third parties, affiliate communities, and agencies to create and execute effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
Paid Media & Advertising: Develop and implement paid media campaigns on TikTok to drive traffic and sales, ensuring they align with brand objectives and budgets.
Budget Management: Plan, monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing ROI.
Performance Analysis: Analyze account performance and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Report out regularly to brand teams and leadership.
eCommerce Integration: Leverage experience with Amazon and other eCommerce platforms to align strategies and drive cross-platform success.
Innovation: Stay up to date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, compliance requirements and best practices to ensure our brands remain competitive.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social commerce or related business field.
Proven experience in managing TikTok Shop accounts or similar eCommerce platforms.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, paid media, and agency collaboration.
Experience with Amazon and other eCommerce platforms, as well as knowledge of their compliance requirements in the Consumables category, is strongly desired.
Proficiency in budget management and optimization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
Have a passion for Health and Wellness products.
