Corporate Recruiter

Position Overview:

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying appropriate candidates for consideration within the organization.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

·        Full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, pre-screening face-to-face interviews, reference checks, compensation negotiations, and onboarding activities).

·        Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies.

·        Ability to be proactive in building a robust pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

·        Markets opportunities and aggressively manages requisitions to meet targets.

·        Follow assigned performance metrics.

·        Leading select talent acquisition process improvement projects.

·        Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

·        Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

·        Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

·        Result-driven

·        Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-deadline-driven environment.

·        Demonstrates ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools in support of business objectives.

·        Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·        Strong knowledge of Human Resource policy and procedures, as well as employment laws.


Education and Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent business-related degree.

·        Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with a successful track record.

·        5 plus years of corporate recruiting experience.

·        Experience working with LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Social Media recruiting are highly preferred.
