Amazon International General Manager – UK & Germany

Well-established and growth-oriented company in the health and wellness/dietary supplement category.


Position Overview:

In this role, we are looking for an Amazon International General Manager to manage the UK & Germany seller accounts, driving sales growth and strengthening brand visibility.  This role requires a track record of success managing Amazon accounts in the consumable categories.


Objections and Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure seamless operations. 

·        Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and service providers to ensure compliance, and strategic execution.

·        Develop and oversee budgets for Amazon UK & Germany operations, ensuring all activities align with financial objectives and deliver cost-effective results.

·        Utilize expertise in Amazon FBA to plan and optimize inventory management , logistics, and fulfillment processes.

·        Execute brand expansion strategies on Amazon UK & Germany, including listing optimization, new product launches, and compliance with UK & Germany regulatory requirements. Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities.

·        Work with internal teams to ensure products comply with UK & Germany regulations, streamlining processes for new product launches.

·        Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.  Present findings and recommendations to leadership regularly. 

·        Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand management and market penetration efforts in the UK & Germany marketplaces. 


Skills and Qualifications:

·        2 Plus years of experience in Amazon account management, with a focus on FBA and international marketplaces.  Amazon UK & Germany experience highly preferred. 

·        Strong product management, analytical, and communication skills.

·        Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

·        Proven track record of success expanding brands internationally on Amazon.  Experience with Amazon UK & Germany is highly preferred.

·        Bilingual in English/German. Speaking English is required.  Fluency in German is preferred.

·        Proficient in data analysis and decision-making based on performance trends and market insights.
