Position Overview:
In this role, we are looking for a Account / Project Manager with a proven track record of success with managing multiple projects, relationship-building, and strong communication skills. This role will coordinate with the R&D, Production Planning, Business Development & Procurement teams. This role will maintain existing accounts along with onboarding new accounts.
Project / Account Manager Objectives & Responsibilities:
· Develop project plans to meet customer goals and objectives.
· Build relationships with customers to ensure brand and project success.
· Ensure all components of Client BOMs are tracked to support on-time milestones.
· Coordinate and facilitate regular customer meetings providing regular updates.
· Respond in a timely manner to inquiries, addressing any customer questions or concerns.
· Monitor R&D, Estimating and Production performance, alerting team with any delivery risks.
· Communicate and manage project risks.
· Motivate teams through all phases of a successful project.
Project / Account Manager Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent experience.
· PMP Certification or License
· Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully leading complex projects as a PMP, Account Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
· Experience in cGMP manufacturing environment, such as Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Cosmetics, or Food is a plus.
· Strong Computer Skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Familiarity with CRMs / ERPs – NetSuite experience preferred.
· Experience with Asana, MS Project, Workday, or Monday.com a plus
· Strong Organizational Skills and time management skills.
· Detail Oriented
· Strong written and verbal communications skills.
