Internal Audit Associate

Internal Audit Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and prepares quality written audit reports of audit findings.

  • Prepare audit procedures for Property Audits in accordance with objectives and specifications.

  • Examines audit results, outlining strengths and weaknesses, and recommends corrections.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate methods, procedures, and strategies for conducting audits.

  • Perform ad hoc projects and activities.

  • Conduct a follow-up audit after corrective measures have been implemented.

  • Ensure organization policy and procedure is sufficient and is compliant.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Help  Desk Software Support:

  • Prior Multi-Family Residential Property Management experience.

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager 7s in a Helpdesk environment preferred.

  • Experience with CRM and Rent Café.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and independently.

  • Must be team-oriented and problem solver with strong work ethic.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to review work for quality and completeness.

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external team members.

  • Priority and meet deadliness skill set required.
