Executive Assistant / Project Manager

Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting two executives.

  • Heavy calendar management

  • Create and Manage projects.

  • Develop individual and corporate donor relationships.

  • Develop and coordinate projects to ensure acknowledgement of all donations. 

  • Maintain database.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is required (mail Merge, formulas, and Pivot Tables).

  • Ability to analyze data.

  • Critical thinking skills required.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to self-direct.

  • Resourceful

  • High attention to detail.

  • Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
