Executive Assistant / Project Manager
Objectives & Responsibilities:

Supporting two executives.

Heavy calendar management
-
Create and Manage projects.

Develop individual and corporate donor relationships.
-
Develop and coordinate projects to ensure acknowledgement of all donations.

Maintain database.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is required (mail Merge, formulas, and Pivot Tables).

Ability to analyze data.

Critical thinking skills required.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to self-direct.

Resourceful
-
High attention to detail.
-
Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
