Director Digital & Web Marketing

Job Overview

The Director, Digital & Web Marketing will develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies to ensure messaging across all channels (SM, email marketing, websites, and digital advertising). The ideal candidate will have a proven background in web management and online marketing working with website functionality, design and content.


Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Uses data analytics, market research, and best practice strategies to provide innovative solutions to reach target audiences, increase web traffic and enhance user experience.

  • Partners with Marketing colleagues to ensure effective implementation of content on digital channels to drive targeted audience and increase web traffic.

  • Optimizes online registrations experience to maximize conversion rates.

  • Ensures efficiency and optimization through SEO, SEM and SMO.

  • Act as the lead digital marketing consultant, collaborating with all departments and the marketing team to provide strategies that will achieve the organization’s marketing goals.

  • Partner with the Marketing team artist to ensure the web presence reflects the organization’s brand and messaging.

  • Trains team members in the effective use of web-based marketing platforms.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or digital marketing.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and managing digital strategy.

  • Strong experience with SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC

  • Proficient with MailChimp, WordPress, CSS and Flash HTML.

  • Ability to build website code.

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager

  • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience working with social media platforms YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working well with a team and independent.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
